Established as a family business in 1992 Jonathan Webb & Company residential Lettings and Management took on a partner, Martin Tozer, to develop the Residential Sales arm of the business, who subsequently purchased the whole Company, which remains an independent Estate Agency under Martin Tozers' ownership.

Martin Tozer has 25 years experience within the estate agency industry and continues to play a very hands on role in the Company where clients benefit from, not only a very direct approach to sales and lettings, but also his vast and detailed knowledge on related property matters such as:
